It's a MINDSET

It can be natural, can be acquired from experience and can be acquired by training.
Management’s role is important in training and creating right environment.

With inputs from management, an HSE HERO develops a sense of responsibility, excels in HSE performance and exercises authority in preventing untoward HSE incidences.

- sets example for others to follow.
- encourages others to work safely.
- helps create a habit of working safe.
- reports unsafe conditions and contribute in its mitigation.
- shares his /her sense of pride with others.
- promotes a safe environment.
